Adjustable Stators
When wear occurs on the contact surfaces between the rotor and stator, the design of the Adjustable Stator makes it possible to carry out a correction suited to the stator geometry. This occurs in such a way that the kinematic interaction between these components remains unchanged.

Stator Protector
The Stator Protector is a device that protects the stator from dry running. Dry running severely damages pumps, resulting in costly customer repairs. NETZSCH recognizes this problem and offers stator protection in situations where a pump is possibly unattended during operation.

  • Continuously measures the stator temperature
  • The controller can be set to indicate an optical or acoustic signal when the stator temperature rises above a specified cut-off point
  • The pump can also be set to switch off automatically
