TIMING GEAR :  NETZSCH’s GSS-Technology provides positive separation between pump head/product seals and pump gearbox.  It protects the bearings and timing gears which extends operations life time.  (Back to Illustration)

MECHANICAL SHAFT SEAL:  Two easy to service, wear resistant single cartridge mechanical seals proide complete protection of the pump's tool-steel shaft. Seals are independent of the direction of rotation and are easily installed through the front cover plate..  (Back to Illustration)

HOUSING:  Compact modular design includes adjustable cast iron housing for extended service life. Lobes and seals can be easily serviced or replaced by removing only the wear plate.  (Back to Illustration)

PROTECTIVE WEAR PLATES:  Highly abrasion-resistant, hardened wear plates provide twice the service life. By removing the front cover plate, entire wet end rebuilds can be completed in-line.  (Back to Illustration)
