NETZSCH-CONDUX^® FINE CLASSIFIER CFS/HD-S

EXTON, PA, April, 2001  -  NETZSCH Incorporated, a proven leader in the size reduction of powders, manufactures a high efficiency classifier for superfine classification.  The NETZSCH-CONDUX^®  Fine Classifier CFS/HD-S produces the sharpest  cut-point at optimum selectivity for fine classifying of dry powder products.  This is achieved by a very high dispersing effect in the vane ring before the product is classified via the vertical classifier wheel.  Significant improvements in throughput are achieved by the patented constant radial velocity "ConVor" classifier wheel, dispersion ring and advanced spiral housing design.  These key features optimize material flow that allows the unimpeded spiral discharge of high quality coarse material.  The optional electro-polished internal finish results in superior product release and ease of cleaning. 

The NETZSCH-CONDUX^® CFS/HD-S is also manufactured with a unique expansion chamber, preventing fusing of low melt materials.  The CFS/HD-S can be custom engineered to achieve throughput rates up to 10 tons/hour.
