NEW TORNADO^® ROTARY LOBE PUMP BY NEMO^®

EXTON, PA, SEPTEMBER, 2001 - The NEMO^® Pump Division of NETZSCH Incorporated introduces the all new Tornado^® Rotary Lobe Pump. This sanitary stainless steel pump meets all 3A requirements and is specifically designed for the food, pharmaceutical, and the cosmetic industries.

The Tornado^® is both CIP/SIP able and features an enlarged inlet capable of conveying fluids with medium and high viscosities up to 100,000 mPas. Flow rates range up to 3000 GPM with a differential pressure up to 420 PSI. The high metering accuracy of this pump guarantees a pulsation-free flow, ensuring continuous fluid movement throughout the pump. The reliable NEMO^® Tornado^® promises low life cycle costs with minimal down time. The Tornado^® also has the ability to operate over a range of changing fluid temperatures. By rotating it to the vertical position, this NEMO^® lobe pump completely empties.
