NETZSCH GRINDING & DISPERSING APPOINTS NEW SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

EXTON, PA, November, 2003 — The Grinding and Dispersing Division of NETZSCH Incorporated, a diversified manufacturer of specialized media mills, powder processing equipment and dispersers, de-aerators and filling machinery, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mark Seale to the position of South Central Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Seale will represent the Grinding Division of NETZSCH Incorporated in the states of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

Before joining NETZSCH, Mr. Seale previously held the positions of Project Manager with Ogden Environmental and Energy Services Co., Inc, an international environmental consulting firm, and as a Manufacturer’s Representative with Ran-Le and Associates, a bulk material handling, processing, batching and air pollution control firm that covers a wide range of industries including chemicals, plastics, food, petrochemical, and cement products.

Mr. Seale received a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Steven F. Austin State University in Texas. He is also a Reserve Naval Flight Officer with Commander 7th Fleet. His extensive experience in sales, engineering and management will greatly contribute to the continued growth and development of NETZSCH Incorporated in the South Central states of North America.
